Abstract
The Mattatuck Museum's Visual Checklist was developed to support visitors with Autism Spectrum Disorder, drawing on frameworks from leading institutions and the educational theories of Hein, Greene, and Burnham. Designed to be flexible and adaptable, the checklist is recommended for publication on the museum's website to allow ASD visitors to prepare ahead of their visit.
