Abstract
Describes an extensive restaurant study that culminates with the children running and operating a working restaurant for two consecutive mornings. Presented with the intension of offering a user-friendly guide for anyone interested in teaching a community study. Although the curriculum focuses on restaurants, it could be tailored to fit other types of businesses.
