Abstract

This curriculum kit for elementary school teach­ers focuses on the West African child and how he lives, what he eats, how he works and plays. The thesis consists of  an  introduction and background to the project, as well as slides and their accompanying narrative, several recipes that can be used in class, and some typical African crafts for students to make.
