Author Biography
Miranda Barry is Senior Creative Director at Sesame Workship where she oversees content development for Sesame Street around the world. Previously, she produced Ghostwriter and Sesame Street coproductions in India and Northern Ireland. Prior to being at Sesame Workshop, Barry developed The Famous Jett Jackson for Disney Channel and worked on series for Yahoo, Fox Kids, Disney, and PBS. At Zing Systems, she helped develop cable systems to encode programs for interactive television. Earlier, she was Director of Program Development for PBS’s landmark
drama series, American Playhouse. Miranda graduated from Bank Street College of Education in 2006.
